Welcome to Stamp Community Forum, Rugg!

If you haven't done so already, make sure that your stamp is not #658 by looking for the secret mark FIRST instead of relying on perf/watermark/color. It's pretty easy to miss the watermark or misID the color on this issue, and perforation varieties abound.

Thanks, Good to be a part of the Stamp Community Family. In reference to the secret mark, it has it. So that makes it a 1940-1941 issue stamp number 658.I much appreciate the response. I overlooked that part. But thats why we share the tradition of Stamp Collecting. I.O.U. Thanks
