Papal States,(Italian States) can't verify legitimacy.

You have a very common reprint. In your particular example, the horizontal guide line should be continuous at the bottom left corner.

Welcome to the forum torress

Sad to say, but a lot of the Papal States have been faked over the years and there are lots of them out there.

This can be said for most of the Italian States, not to mention German States etc etc.

I think you nare referring to 'imperforate' as opposed to 'perforated'?

Either way, the're are a lot of fakes out there, so, beware.
