ken11,
Yours are "Flood Charity" stamps, Hungary was the scene of various major floods in the late 19th/early 20th centuries. They are the same stamps as issued in 1900, but with added label for the charity.
As Triggersmob says, the whole set is SG136 to 152, issued 1913.
Nice stamps!

Indeed, as DavidR said, `Flood Charity`. The flood reached it`s height at 27.05.1912 in the southern parts of the Hungarian Kingdom, especially in the former Krassó - Szörény county. 2 Fillér additional charge on each denomination: '2 Fillérs for victims of the flood'.
Perforation 14 : 14 1/4. 17 values, 12 values came also as imperforate (12 Filler to 5 Korona). 130.000 perforated set was issued (no record found about the imperforated short-set quantity).

hey Ken11 - a nice set - the design is quite good - and the reason behind their issuance is fascinating - will have to put them on my "nice to have" list
