I find that Colombia is difficult to work through, but I'm managing.
(Especially now that I'm spelling it correctly ...)

This issue from 1904/1908 is interesting because of the relative size
of the stamp perforation area. Could this be a case of location in the
sheet of stamps ... perhaps at the very lower right?

Hi Partime

I specialize in Colombia and have a mini-specialized collection of the numeral issues.

The only full sheet I have seen is the 5c. I am pretty certain that you are correct in that the stamp is from the lower right position. John Myer wrote a book about these stamps "The Numeral Issues of Colombia".

Because of the imprint, Lit. Nacional, this stamp is Scott 327 issued in 1908.

Colombia is not all that difficult to work through. There are some forgeries but most are easy to detect.

Jerry. Thank you very much for the information. I realized that they
were not of too much value, and I only have a few of them, but it was
good to verify and to find out that almost every area, including the
Numerals of Colombia, have been covered by an expert.

Since you may have knowledge, I have one other subject. I found
the following in my collection, including a very nice description that
was meant to entice one to buy. It describes the Colombia Air Mail
Service in the early years (1920, on). Scadta is mentioned prominently
but I don't see any mention on the actual stamps. My Grandmother wrote
"Private Stamps" on the document, but I can't confirm. Do you have
any more information on them? What I find interesting is, "Correo
Ribon" across the wings, and "Servicio Semioficial" across the top.
If the article is correct, these are the Airmail Special Delivery Set
with a Registration Stamp.
