I have seen them many times in pre WW2 cheap stamp albums from UK and USA, which means that they have been distributed allover the world to philatelists, as a low priced collectibles. On the other hand, I have never seen any of them used on the letter, so I suppose that they have never been officially issued or used in large numbers. You can find some of them sold on ebay for a small, symbolic prices... www.ebay.com/itm/141926343062www.ebay.com/itm/351710164362www.ebay.com/itm/191850132136not exactly same as yours, but you can get a feeling about their value from those auctions, I suppose... |

Possible remainders of unperforated sheets, sold, as filipo suggests, to collectors and dealers at discount prices? |

The imperf stamps are regular definitive stamps issued in 1917 by the Provisional Government, Scott cat. numbers between 119-133. Catalogue value is between 25-35 cents each, so not worth much I'm afraid. These were used into the Bolshevik/Communist era so any examples that are currently available would be due to the normal buy/sell situation of the day.
The first two bi-coloured stamps are pretty normal for this type of printing, the centres are OK & nothing special in terms of being off-centre. Similarly, I don't see anything special about the 1 rouble stamp. Everything that could go wrong with this stamp did go wrong, both the centre & frame are known printed double, inverted & omitted as well as the whole stamp being printed double & they are all quite common, being catalogued about $25 each (2012 prices). Your 1 rouble doesn't appear to be one of them.
The perf stamps were issued between 1889 & 1913 on various types of paper which differentiates their catalogue number. The 3,5 & 14 kopeck ones appear toned, plus short corners on the 5 & 14, so worth nothing. The 1k looks nice & is catalogued between 20-50 cents depending on the paper. |
