Again, what is the "error"?

Thus is just like "spot the difference". Flags on the left of the design.

In other words, it was a design error. I was at first looking at the poor printing - in all three the colors seem to be more or less different.

It looks like the blue is there in the block of 4 to me. Where is the blue supposed to be missing? I see 2 red arrows on the right side, but they don't seem to be pointing to anything related to a blue color.

OK, I see that there is a shade of blue that is missing that was mixed with the yellow to make green (that's why I was confused).

So the result is that the green stripe in the flags of Bulgaria and Hungary appear yellow in that block of 4.

Same, I repeat the request that others have made numerous times:

-- please post an explanation with your picture
-- just putting "rare" doesn't really provide us with any useful info
-- if you had stated "blue missing" with the picture of the block of 4, it would have saved many of us a lot of head-scratching

While I find some of your stamp pics quite interesting, please don't make us "work" by guessing what you are trying point out. Readers start losing interest really fast that way... Your English is good, so please make the effort to provide more details with your stamp pics. Just my honest opinion/suggestion.

Sent back to the designer for some tweaks after complaints from comrade states? As well as the upside down Czechoslovakian flag, The North Korean flag has proportions of red and blue stripes correct only on the third stamp. The coat of arms in the Romanian flag looks right only on the third. Are these variants all common?
