Is on the right one some kind of overprint's variation, because it seems to be much lighter color than on the left one... or it just faded?

Gibbons Part 17 (China) says nothing about overprint varieties; the stamps are [Shanghai] #177 and #178.

Two different denominations are represented (1/2 cent and 1 cent). Two different colors for the different denominations are therefore probably intentional and justified. My guess is that the overprint on the right (1 cent) stamp may have been underinked or else the stamp was soaked off its backing paper and ultimately it lost some of its intensity in the process.
