Hi to all These were also in the estate collection. Mostly German States, but I think that the first two on the bottom row are Austrian, but the 1st on the 1st row I have no idea. Regard Horamakhet

Nice selection. The second blue stamp on the top row is Austria 1850 Scott 5 9 Kreuzer blue type II. There was a discussion on SCF earlier about that stamp. The third blue stamp on the top row is Estonia 1919-20 Scott 32 35 Penni blue. The pinkish-reddish stamp on the top row is Prussian. |

Very nice indeed. I would say there are several Austrian stamps here. Besides those mentioned, almost the entire bottom row, as well as the sixth in the second row. The last in the second row and the first four of the bottom row are listed as either newspaper stamp (the two Mercurys) or newspaper tax stamps. The two with the large numerals (1 and 6) I can't seem to find, but I'm sure are Austrian because of the kreuzer denomination.
My mistake, the two numeral are German states, Thurn and Taxis, Southern District. 1865 or 1867. My bad (en). |

You do have a few German States.
Row 1, #1 is Georgian. Row 1, #2 is Austrian. Row 1, #3 is Estonian. Row 1, #4 is Prussian. A variety of either Michel #6 or 10. Row 1, #5 is Saxon. A variety of Michel #8.
Row 2, #1 is Bavarian. A variety of Michel #2. Row 2, #2 is Bavarian. A variety of Michel #9. Row 2, #3 is Thurn and Taxis. A variety of either Michel #33, 43, or 53. Row 2, #4 is North German Confederation. Michel #4, though should be rouletted. Row 2, #5 is North German Confederation. Michel #4. Row 2, #6 is Austrian.
Row 3, #1 is Austrian. Row 3, #2 is Austrian. Row 3, #3 is Austrian. Row 3, #4 is Austrian. Row 3, #5 is Thurn and Taxis. A variety of either Michel #41 or 51. |

The Michel Specialized Catalog lists all the Bavarian millwheel ("muhlrad" in German) cancels; some of them are exceedingly rare. The very highest-priced are 35, 894, 899, and most of 905-920. |
