42 Pfennig Hitler Head Error?

I got these from a stamp collector friend and noticed one has an unusual mark near the forehead. It's not damage to the stamp but a printing error as the engraved lines move with it as if it were intentional? Have a look and tell me what you think? Also, does this set have a lot of known errors?

Neither Michel nor Schantl list a plate flaw for this issue. IMO, it looks like damage to the stamp. Can you point me to where you see the engraved lines moving with it?

Yeah. I'll re scan and try to show in a pic what I can see with a loupe.

OK it's hard to show exactly what I can see with my eyes but here's the best my little scanner could do.

To me, it still looks like damage to the stamp. The damage has exposed portions of the white paper, but the engraving appears to be as designed.

I think Rileysan nailed it. Bad Hitler eyebrow day...lol Seriously though I can't see any paper damage but that don't mean it wasn't. It could have happened while it was still wet- Who knows?
