My inscription block OFDC, in position 4, has a dot on the woman's dress. It's the same yellowish colour as the end of her left sleeve.

As my local post office has sold out of the 2 panes it received, I can't check if this is a constant variety until next week at other post offices/outlets.

Has anyone else seen this?

Is that UL block or LR block?

Don't have any myself but will look at post offices when I can.

At a local post office today, I went through about 20 panes.
None had the dot I had originally described.
Therefore, it is not a constant error.
