Unlike postage stamps, which are accountable, my guess would be that virtually no organization or "cause" or "promoter" keeps track of quantities printed. In the case of cinderellas printed for philatelic purposes, they may print them for years, especially if they keep selling.
Don't think there's any way to answer this question, although you might be able to find the highest "cinderella" price paid at public auction.
