WALPEX 2008 STAMP SHOW
The 53rd annual WALPEX philatelic show will be held on Saturday, October 18th and Sunday, October 19th at the Minuteman Science-Technology High School in Lexington, MA.
This year's show theme is "Celebrating 100 years of the Red Sox name"
Here are some of the details of the show:
* 53 tables of stamp and cover dealers
* philatelic exhibits including special Spellman museum WALPEX exhibit
* cacheted show cover featuring a Red Sox 1908 logo and USPS baseball cancel
* USPS post office outlet
* "phish bowl" and special door prizes
* Hugh Daugherty philatelic auction(Sunday)
* special youth activities
* FREE admission and FREE parking
* food services available on premises
