Have just had a email from a very upset regular buyer from the UK saying he can no longer....

Quote:
Thought I would let you know. As of Wednesday night your items have disappeared off ebay UK. You are not alone in this as so have other. The search which I have been using for years returned less than 20% of the normal number of items nearly all UK origin. Anything I have done so far has not improved things. I know your items are still there as I can find them via roundabout methods.

This coincided with what looks like a change to the format of the search page and although I have been in contact with ebay to date they see no problem.

This is the email but I have left out personal info.

When I sign on to ebay dot co.uk and then click Worldwide (and not the default UK or Europe) then search for 'asutralia kgv heads 2d' it works OK.

Maybe your customer has saved a search that requires that you the seller have paid the extra little bit to have your listings show up on ebay dot co.uk. And he might have saved a search in his Saved Searches area that does Not have the worldwide clicked off.
