Just a question a stamp that was previously hinged with no hing remnant but disturbed gum (you can still see where the hing was)is that considered hinged or disturbed gum. I'm pretty sure I know the answer but just wanted to get peoples opinion.

hinged. You would still say the stamp has some hinge-gum remnant or residue (sounds worse though).
