So, I emailed Washington Press asking them which fonts they use on their album pages. Here was their response:

The story copy is Folio Lite, the Italic is Garamond Lite Italic, the Headline Type is Stymie Book and the Dates are Lubalin.
I thought someone that uses White Ace albums might find this information useful for making custom pages.
