Like some others, my current favourite tends to be my most recent nice addition.

At the moment, my Number One is this cover from Jammu & Kashmir



with a copy of the 1877 ½ Anna oil-colour printing on European laid paper, sent from Jammu, via Sialkot, to Amritsar. A scarce stamp, and scarcer still on cover.
