Can anyone give me some background and use for these stamps? Why are two of them over printed? Can anyone read these?

These are Russian stamps.Left stamp= Scott#B19...Middle stamp=Scott#149
Right stamp=Scott#B21. The overprints were to raise money for Volga Famine Relief, all info which is in the Scott catalogs. If you have many stamps I would suggest going to your local library to see if they have these available so you can learn about your stamps.Have a great weekend!

You know, I'm just not into collecting non-US stamps. It's difficult enough keeping up with it. I'm thinking of just posting my world collection for US stamps.
