Help Identifying Japanese Stamp

I actually have 3 of the same stamp. By the characters top center, I'm assuming Japan. The cancellation is one I have not seen on other Japanese stamps, when I line 2 of the stamps up, the cancellation reads "Vatanabe"





Any ideas as to what I have here? (havent found anything similar in Scott)

These are 1 Yen revenue stamps. The purple signature is the surname 'Watanabe'.
