All (South) Korea except the upper right, which looks like Bulgaria (not clear on your scan).

Yes, Douglas is correct, upper right is Bulgaria 1921 SC#154. The gentleman is Tsar Ferdinand. This is part of a set that was intended to be issued in 1915 to commemorate the liberation of Macedonia, but not issued until 1921.
