These are Argentina Scott #587 and #588 imperforated.
The Scott cat. only list perforated stamps and there is no mention about imperforated ones. I'm a newbie with Argentina so any info is welcome. Thank you.

Scott does list a souvenir sheet #591a. My guess is they were cut from that.

Reedit:I have the bug with South and Central America now. Brazil, Costa Rica and start Argentina. I'm learning spanish and portuguese!
