Here is the Alexandria Library designed by Snřhetta, a renowned international architecture firm founded by Craig Dykers and Kjetil Trćdal Thorsen. KuoLC5310 had earlier posted a 2008 stamp from Norway depicting their Oslo Opera House.

Egypt 2001 Scott #1828 (Michel 2048, Yvert 1690)

On a personal note, I enjoyed working for about 4 years give or take with Craig and others at Snřhetta on the Charles Library of Temple University, Philadelphia, PA, US, which opened in fall 2019. Spectacular building despite some budget compromises on Temple's side.
