Kiloware from any Pacific island is quite rare, due to such small populations.

Patience in today's world is disappearing. When I went to the Bahamas to teach there in 1976, people said "Just a minute". When I returned to the USA for good in 1995, it was "Just a second"! I collect BWI and cannot find very recent on paper kiloware, except for Bermuda. Unfortunately, the newer Bermuda is coming on double paper with 1/4th the envelope as well. So it's too expensive for me.

I've decided that I can wait 5 or more years to get the 2000+ BWI stamps that I want. Right now I'll concentrate on Canada, GB, Malta and others that up-to-date kiloware is cheap and easy to find.
