I Could not find this anywhere in Scott Catalogs so I need to look for outside opinions.
Design (eagle) and currency (Groszy) led me to assume Poland. The date 1915 is on both which is too early for official issues since they seem to begin in 1919 following WWI. Both stamps have the initial K.O.M.W. which I have not been able to find. The postmark, which looks very regular on both like a "favor" cancel of some sort, repeats the initials with an addition, K.O.M.SL.W. At the bottom of the cancel are the words Poczta Miejska which an internet translation program tells me mean Municipal Mail.
Anyone fill me in on who issued these and where they were used?
