Good day. I'm new here so if I post in the wrong place, please be kind.
I inherited a few stamps belonging to my great-grandfather. They range from the late 19th-early 20th century. A couple of them stood out as I can find no info on them. One appears to have like a screen texture with a perf of 12. The other is a Franco Bollo with a perf of 11.5. Any info would help.
