The Cathredral issue, is that the one joint issue with Russia?

You should ask the staff to move this to Philatelic News forum (scroll down below Main Forum) https://goscf.com/f/20

The current politics of the postal service of Spain .... it is very sad and disappointing.
For many years I don't collect stamps of my own country .... they are ugly and very expensive.
I Envy the stamps of USPS ... nice emission and economic values (the only error is cannot to detach them of the letters)

For those interested in architecture, just to point that the Spanish stamp, shows the bishop palace in Astorga (León, Spain). One of the very few works of Antoni Gaudí outside Catalonia.
