I didn't know if I should post this under military or in this thread of "Paquebots"? Also, I apologize for the quality of the paper the article is published on, but, this was salvaged from a small pile of old "Linn's Weekly Stamp News" from the mid 1960s that was given to me and was stored in a basement. Because of the quality, I will delete if you want me to (?)

Anyway here goes.

My scanning capabilities are limited and I realize that the print may be too small. However, this is what my scanner permits.

My only other suggestion is that it might be better to print half pages of each page I have. IOW - do a top and bottom scan of each??
