just hypothetically speaking, if I were to collect a single country (not counting components, i.e. Germany would not include pre-federation states, or India would not include all the Indian states), only the major catalog numbers (not counting perf varieties, phosphor varieties, etc, etc) what country would have the most? US?? GB?? Russia?? Germany?? Umm al Qiwain? who??
