I was thinking that the cancellations was from Austria ,was not to sure I have seen it in the pass on another stamp.Thank you if you can assist.

It is an overprint, not a cancellation. It was issued that way.

In the 2011 Scott catalog, it is Italian Socialist Republic #2 (1944).

In Scott, the listings are located after the main Italy listings; or you can look at the index in the back of the catalog to get the exact page number.

Thank you it's a Italian Republic overprint and not Austrian I had to wait to receive a catalog that I lent to someone. Thank for the response
