Good guess, Smauggie. However...

In Scott catalog, look under Guadeloupe. Your stamp is either #10 or #11, issued in 1891.

Oh yeah, I missed the bottom part of Funcitypapa's post. Yeah, the 5c on 1fr would be Guadeloupe #11. (The stamp shown on right in Jkjblue's pic).
