It really is hard to find. I cannot remeber that last time I've received a piece of mail with a modern commemorative stamp on it.

The U.S.P.S. killed the kiloware business...churches and charities used to collect and sell them for charity...but the post office was afraid that people would use the uncancelled stamps and actually threatened some of the church groups...that did it !!

Well, if they bothered to cancel all the stamps that would not be a problem.

Tefloncinco, I love ships and cats, but of course any stamp is beautiful in its own way. I'd like to build my collection and I'm just starting. I bought some mixed themed packs a while ago but they're very smelly (they probably sat in a smoke-filled room before they were shipped to me). So, I'm looking for something not too old and not too expensive, and I guess kiloware is a nice way to get stamps. I'm not really into very old stamps as I don't know much about them and I don't have a fortune to spend on them.

That would be great, but I can't find where the incoming messages are on this forum. I even had to write to the admins about that. I'm really puzzled, sorry...
