Turns out the one I am missing catalogs for 35 cents. Weird, it is usually the high-values that I end up missing.

I agree about precancel, only.

The good news is that Yvert says it is only found with one of their two precancel types (surcharge rotative), so you don't need a second hole to fill...

The bad news is (there's always bad news, no?), Yvert splits this out into the precancel set, and there are four other major numbers in the set (3c, 4c, 5c and 10c) for this design (plus varieties).

Thanks for the info CJD.

Yes, I saw in the catalog that this value only came precancelled. Any one konw what rate the 7.5 centime stamp was paying? Second class? Printed matter?

I guess I am saved from the headache CJD in that I do not have a Y&T catalog or album pages.
