You could argue this one, but we've had enough Queensland for the time being:  Quaiti State of Shihr & Mukalla, 1946 Victory issue. Once again, I was thinking of a cutoff date of 1940 when thinking about choices - the 1952 rule saves the day. |

Venezia Giulia = the area occupied by Italy towards the end of WW1 which approximately corrresponds to what the Brits call 'Istria', the Croatians 'Istra', and everyone else 'the sticky out bit in the NE Adriatic between Trieste and Fiume'.  |
