Can anyone give me any idea what these are? They look like cinderellas, although the top one has a denomination. The bottom looks Spanish.

They came out of today's auction wins.

The bottom one is a Tuberculosis Charity Stamp (i.e. similar to Christmas Seals). The organization OPAT refers to "Organizacion Panamenta Anti-Tuberculosa (Anti-Tuberculosis Society of Panama) and is obviously from the country of Panama.

I would say that the first one, stands for Liga Antituberculosa Colombiana (Colombian Anti Tuberculosis Association) and the drawing is from the Colombian artist Antonio Botero, known for his "fatty" people and animals.

Curus basically answered your question, but here's an ebay listing for that first stamp which will confirm that it is Colombian:

Thankyou both for the IDs. I recognized Botero's work. I'm a real fan.

Also found these in my auction haul.
Don't see them in the Scott's catalogue. Can I assume they are Mexican Tuberculosis Charity Stamps, similar to those above?
