I am able to find this stamp design under Germany, design A11 but I am unable to find it listed anywhere with the overprint. I am sure I am just missing something simple so if anyone can be me back on track, I could use it this morning, Maybe not enough coffee yet !
Thanks

Hi Rick

I beleive Sarre was part of the First French Empire formed in the late 1700's or early 1800's.

Hope this helps

Dianne

Hi Rick.....

It is not A11...it is A16 and you'll find it listed as Saar #3, 1920.

Are you trying to make us believe that you're with it on other mornings?
