Monte Carlo TV ( CXB 4 TV Channel 4) is a regional TV channel from Montevideo. The TV channel, that is owned by the Monte Carlo Group SA, began broadcasting in 1961. The slogan of this channel is Always with you. The programming is mainly news and entertainment.

The Parvo was a 35mm hand-cranked motion picture camera developed in France in 1908. It was immensely popular in Europe during the silent film era through the 1920s.
