Jorgesurcl beat me to it!

I should clarify. In the 2011 Scott, #252 is salmon and #252a is reddish orange. Color reproduction on monitors is not reliable, so you should examine your stamp and make a decision.

I am not familiar with early Spain,
I have this as Scott Type A9 Isabella ll
May I have confirmed Sc#38 "green blue" please?
I cannot see blue paper, maybe Sc#42? (Wmk not discernible)
What is the significance of the "Bar Cancel"
Is this postal, or "remainders" ?
Thank you.

Hi Rod, I think your stamp is more likely Philippines, Scott #8
Wrong color, wrong denomination for Spain 38

Willwood, thank you,
so the "plata" distinguishes Philippines or Cuba.
If mine has a "bar cancel" then I wonder if Cuba used also.
I'll have to dig around in my Library for Philippines Catalogue.

Appreciate the heads up.

Bars are used to indicate obsolescence of these issues. Your stamp can either be Edifil#15 or #16 depending of the number of pearls around that "lady". 94 for the first and 96 for the second. Both stamps were issued in 1863.

Update: Thanks Cursus, regarding the bar cancel.
That would suggest the item is not a forgery.

Philippines ,
I have discounted Scott type A8a and 9 (1863) as Her Majesty's hair, almost touches the pearls.

Bartels, on the 1856:
