Can someone help put these in their places please?
I'm pretty sure that the first two are Vichy propaganda pieces ( of course, I could be wrong, but I believe the protection of enfants theme is Vichy)
but what are the other two that are described on an e-bay site as semi-postals? In terms of Mauritania, what does that mean?
