Need a little help with these two stamps.

The 10 reis Postal Tax Stamp was issued 4th October 1911. It is a red 'ASSISTENCIA' overprnt of the King Manuel revolutionary overprints of 1910.

What I'm struggling with is the 20 reis green overprint. I can't find it listed. Any help appreciated.

Scott includes a note under the 10c that a "20c of this type was for use on telegrams."

[edit: Scott doesn't mention that the overprint changes to black when it mentions "of this type" but it makes sense, as the underlying 20r is already carmine. Scott doesn't assign a catalogue number, but it values it at just about half again as much as the 10c...less than double. For what that's worth.]

This is from the French catalogue Yvert & Tellier :

Overprint "REPUBLICA" (1910): For the 10reis says that the overprint is red (rouge) and in parenthesis says it's greenish (verte) to the 20reis
When overprint/surcharges color is not mentioned it means that this is black.
In 1911 - overprinted ASSISTENCIA: 10r. surch. red (R) and 20r. surch. is black (because color is not mentioned)
