Hi to all

This is a pretty common stamp low value, however the watermark is supposed to be COFA, this one, has one that reads COEA,
Unfortunately I cannot get a good enough scan, but when you view it on a black tray with shelllite it is easy to read.
Has anyone else seen this variety.
