Okay, I know election mail news has been hitting the internet recently because of citizens not knowing that oversized absentee ballots trigger the requirement for another 20c postage.
But this is the first time I've ever heard of election mail (or any other mail for that matter) being returned to sender with this excuse, especially when the very same envelopes were used in previous years with no problem:
Quote:
The Postal Service said it could not deliver the absentee ballots because the return address on the envelope was too large and too dark.
