Anyone In France Near LA Poste?

I was on ebay and saw this Sheet
Then I went to the La Poste site and registered, found the sheet, and found that if I chose regular shipping my total cost would be 5.09 euros or 6.60 US.
Anyone know if there is a cheaper way, like if someone lived near La Poste and could send one to me? After I paid for it of course. Or should I just order it direct?
