Hi guys
Look at this 1867- 1927 Confederation stamp...Is it normal for the last "A" in Canada to be broken...???
I do not have another to verify if this is normal..???

I have 5 of them, and only one has a smaller, but identical, notch in the same location.

It's not listed as a variety in Unitrade 2013.

Hans Reiche's book "Canada: Steel Engraved Constant Plate Varieties" lists 11 different plate varieties for that issue but your example is not among them.
