I normally peruse the bargain basements of some web sites looking for GB material that nobody else wants and can be useful to me. Finding covers with written addresses and uninteresting cancels which are virtually worthless can be rewarding. For example... the booklet pane cover from BuckaCover will give me two fine used 18p and one 26p Machin for my used collection as well as two fine used 13p and one 1p with right phosphor bands when I soak them off. Individually I might have to pay 99p each for those.

The bicycle FDI stamp has a great example of a major gold shift... and these have been on offer on ebay for up to thirty pounds each.
Cost of the covers was minimal as befits the name BuckaCover but the searching, finding, buying, soaking and adding to a collection is priceless. I prefer not to buy ready-made collections
