Went down to the old book and paper show in Toronto today, and managed to pick up a couple of things.
Got this set of German labels. Managed to decipher a little with the help of Google translate, but need lots more help.

The top two are from the town of Beutzen in Saxony. Anything else regarding these two, I'm lost on.

The lower left translates as Main Office Tax Lubben.
Lower right is Lower Lusatian Railroad Operational Direction.

The fifth piece is not so much a label as a seal from the town of Dresden.

Any more information you all can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, have discovered a little more.
Top left, amtshauptmannschaft means 'official main team' or the counties of the lower level in Saxony. Wikipedia says 'The official home teams were from the offices of the early modern corporate state emerged, see the list of counties and other areas of Electoral Saxony. Even after the Saxon administrative reforms of the 1830s, they remained in the old form exist as one-man authorities. Their scope extended, as before, on the supervision and control of a fixed deferred District. There, the main office people had to get both the general administration and the judiciary of the lowest instance. The separation of the judiciary and the administration was one of the demands of the revolution of 1848/49.'

Top right, amtsgericht means 'little court'. Wikipedia says 'These courts form the lowest level of the so-called ordinary jurisdiction of the German judiciary (German Ordentliche Gerichtsbarkeit), which is responsible for most criminal and civil judicial matters. The German Amtsgericht may be compared to the British Magistrates' Court.'

If you can't trust Wikipedia, who can you trust?

So both these labels are judicial in nature.

The large embossed label reads 'Der Stadt Dresden Insiegel' which I think means roughly the Town of Dresden seal/signet.
Guess this was cut from some official document. Not really a cinderella, I suppose.

Much appreciated.

The second two in the top scan are envelope seals, used by Companies and Officials on the back of envelopes.
Very popular in Europe in the late 19th Century and first half of the 20th century, especially in Germany,Austria and Switzerland.

This is a big topic for Cinderella collectors and there is at least one good book about them [will try to get the name later].

I have a few and when my scanner is warmed up I'll try and post a few. [Work permitting ].

One can also find these as Exhibition or Stamp Club souvenirs which were placed on correspondences to members.

They make a great side collection, even if Cindys are not you're thing.

Here is one that fits here, Amtsgericht Dusseldorf, which is described as a district court sealing label:

If anyone has a better description, I'm all ears. I have no idea about an era for this, but I like it.
