Could someone with a "hawk eye" can be so kind to help me to find out which number is under the surcharge... two zeros are visible, but... is the first number is 3 or 5??
Btw. of course, I know that postmark is surely faked (especially if the "500" is under the surcharge).
I don't think anybody can tell from the scan ,if you could move the stamp on a angle in front of a strong light it would show up ,but,with a flat image of a scan it would be hard or impossible.Only help is the top of the 3 is wider than the top of the 5 .....sorry ,I would be guessing
