I cannot find this Argentina stamp in my 2009 Scott catalogue. It seems engraved and a self-adhesive, no denomination. Thanks.

There's no denomination, so I doubt that it's a stamp. Maybe a tourism label? |

Typical stamp collector, keep the stamp, discard the bottle and contents. |

Still laughing at all the bull on here. It sure is a great looking stamp. Don't know what it is about those pastoral agriculture stamps but they always seem to relax me when I look at them. There are a couple of Canada ones that do that to me. |

Hi The stamp has no face value or the text "Correos" (Post) Maybe it's a dummy/testing stamp |

No, seriously people. I think it's a cinderella/label from Auténtico wine bottles. That's why the example you have seems "self-adhesive". It was taken off a wine bottle. Here is a French site, although I'm not sure if the links will work. If you get a prompt, it's asking you for your birthdate (yeah, you don't have to give your exact birthdate -- I think they are only checking to make sure you are not a minor). On next screen, click on the box to enter the site. They show Auténtico bottles for Argentina, Chile, and Spain. These are the links for the 3 different country cinderellas. http://vinsveritas.ca/#/details/autentico-arg/http://vinsveritas.ca/#/details/autentico-chi/http://vinsveritas.ca/#/details/autentico-esp/Once inside the site, use the left-right arrow to move between the Auténtico bottles. If you click on another of the links above, you will have to "re-enter" the site. k |
