Help Me Please Some In Spreadsheet Making Please...

Hi,

Though this is very basic and trival.. But for me at present,
after > 7 hours of Operation of my Parotid Gland. I am unable to concentrate. Also my rightside face is completely numb from skull to
right shoulder. So any kind sould show me some Spreadsheet, Probably
my thinking process will gradually pick some up.Apart from numbness
there is some lack of concentration.

would be highly Appreciative for the help.
