I saw this stamp in my collection. I identify it as Scott 65, Die 1. What I thought was interesting was the Cancel in that it appears the first N in the second row is backward. Perhaps just a slight smearing of the Cancel, but the rest of the cancel appears OK. Maybe it's a stunted M? Any interpretation of that second line?
