i guess I have a soft spot for Eddie 7 and stamps of his reign..during my habitual sorting I found this 2 1/2 p with the Pendlebury canecel ! I don't know Pendlebury is but I am certain its a nice place !  |

I think you are correct, we discussed this fairly rare type some time ago on SCF but the traffic on SCF is so large now I have lost track. Here is a similar type  |

Dear Philb,
Pendlebury is a suburban town in the Salford area near Manchester. I haven't visited so cannot comment further. But there she sits.
