The first stamp is similar to A2 or A3 except for the background. The font is the same color as the stamp. The subject is also imperf.

The second is similar in format to illustration A233, except for the format of 'MAGYAR POSTA.'

Thanks in advance
Art

James beat me to it.

Top stamp should be a newspaper stamp. You will need to check watermark for final ID.

Bottom stamp: Hungary #1540 (18Aug1963).

The first is a newpaper stamp. P3, P4 or P5 depending on it's watermark.

WM is a 'KL' in a circle, and to the left, two vertical lines, about a quarter inch long, with the top and bottom half both bending in from the center.

The watermark makes it a P4 1881. And the KL is actually a Kr upside down and backwards.
Watermark 132.

Also I'd say from your scan that the colour is lemon yellow, making your stamp a P4a. P4 is orange.
Sorry, don't have a current value.
